Any type of coffee-based beverage containing such high levels of caffeine that the consumer feels as though they have used methamphetamines after drinking the beverage.

I got a large peppermint mocha methcafe at McDonalds yesterday afternoon and stayed up until 3 am doing laundry and packing for next week's vacation.
