a way to explain a feeling. could be one of many.
1. feeling squirrelly
2. pissed off
3. excited

usually used when feeling squirrelly, not actually said how spelled, kind of muttered/murmured

megan: "hey - are we gonna go out tonight?"
dana: "You know it man! you better get ready!"
megan: "merrh!!"
