This occurs commonly in business when a woman is put in charge of a project in a lead role such as project manager or coordinator and one or more men on the team make their own "manplan" because they think they know better, have more experience or think the woman needs help.

Alan tried to manplan the project when project coordinator Sylvia was out of town and he ended up pissing everyone off.

manplan 

A secret plan known and worked out by two or more men that is centered around scoring women. It may involve a foreploy, diving on grenades, or the bucking bronco and possibly some high fives

Ok lets break it down.
Where going on a double date, the end goal is we take these women home and give them the shagging of there lives, meet each other in the hallway the next day as we leave and give each other high fives.

Ok manplan:
plan A: get them really drunk, really fast. possibly we 'accidentally' buy rounds at the same time.

plan B: There not into getting drunk because they have to work tomorrow, so we tempt them back to the house with promises of massages and tell them they can sleep in our spare bed (yea right!).

plan C: It doesn't work out, we agree that they are lesbians and bail.

Manplain 

Not to be confused with mansplained but similar in notion. Manplaining is when a man steps in for a woman to complain on her behalf despite the fact that it is either unnecessary, over the top, and particularly not his fight.

When a young man slightly bumped into Jill in aisle 3 of the supermarket David quickly manplained rebuking the young man in a rather loud manner resulting in a "major scene" despite the fact that the man nor Jill for that matter deemed the the slight contact worthy of any type of verbal exchange.
