A word used by Bolsonarist groups to refer to the gym where Brazillian police were holding coup plotters in.
The word is a combination of Lula + Gulag.

"I can't believe they are holding those coup plotters in the Lulag. It's just like Lula's version of a gulag, trying to silence any opposition!"
