A corruption of the Irish for "half a hat", or more explicitly half a penis. Usually used in reference to wide boys, cute hoors or dodgy geezers.

Lachico derives from the old Italian language meaning ' dope ' or ' fool ' . Can also mean that the person being referred to as a lachico is irritating and or a pain in the hole . Frequently used in southern Italy and Republic of Ireland .
