La bierbach is the german word for beer belly. This is a nickname give to a girl that has a huge stomach and no ass. To the untrained eye she may appear to be pregnant but a closer look will reveal a disgustingly fat gut.

I cant believe pat got with la bierbach, her gut sticks out further then her boobs.
