Kwale

In Afrikaans it means to have sickness or ailments, but it is used when speaking English as a slang term.

It is used to describe a person who has personal issues, is possessive and is ill mannered. Typically used as slang for describing a person's parthner.
Scarlett's Mother: "He's not a kwale, which is good."
Scarlett: "Of course not, I would never become friends with a kwale."
