Krohnen McDougall is a character from SNK ,The King of Fighters series. He was introduced in The King of Fighters XV as the leader of his own team .

He is essentially K9999 who went missing for 21 years , grew his hair out and matured. He wears a old faded blue glove

That controls his poly morphic shape shifting powers and limited flame capabilities. He can turn his arm into a

Shotgun,drills ,pick axe or even a giant tentacle and spray flames .

He still hates kusanagi and K ' .
The game , kof XV confirms that Krohnen Mcdougall is indeed K9999, using a new identity to evade his old employers ,

Stealthie 

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.
