Kooey is an adjective that means cute, but also encompasses being happy and loveable, as it speaks to the overall endearing nature of the cuteness.
We just rescued a puppy from the shelter, his name is Bam Bam, he's black and brown and kooey all over!

Look at his chubby, dimpled cheeks and gummy smile, such a kooey baby!

Ian doesn't like being called cute, but he should tell that to his face because he's so kooey!
