The act of flipping back and forth from web sites. Mostly being distracted and ADHD-ish.

I was typing in Blogger and in between paragraphs I'd iDual to Facebook.

Josh: Dude, you're kind of ADHD.
Kieth: Nah, man....just iDualing.
