An extremely questionable individual who demonstrates one or all of the following: complete disregard for social norms, routinely makes people uncomfortable, reeks of desperation, perpetually “on another level,” overly self-confident to the point of social suicide, the type who will stand on a chair, table, and/or car to give a speech, tries way too hard, gives you shit for not inviting them places, or generally tolerable to have around/laugh at until it gets to be too much.
