Heeeh

Heeh (pronounced HEEAAANNNGG) is an adjective, a noun, an adverb, a verb, and is characterized as a general grunting sound made popular by "The Yin Yang Twinz". It is usually used at the end of a sentence to promote a sense of happiness or accomplishment. However, it can also convey these feelings without the use of additional words and is considered perfectly fine to be the only word in a complete sentence.

Yeah I drank an entire bottle of vodka last night, heeeh.

Hey lets get some of that Heeeh and bang a couple of bytches, heeeh!
