When you have a heavy night of drinking, and the next morning you basically piss from your ass.
Terrible diarrhea brought on by being hungover.

Steph: I truly regret demolishing those bagels last night. I cant leave my bathroom.

Crystal: Oh mylanta, I've had the hangoverrhea all day too!
