When one is so sexually excited that their hand begins having spasms for no apparent reason. The person is usually in a situation where expressing their sexual desires is inappropriate , so they need to release their excitement through their hands.

Some examples of handorgams are hand-flailing uncontrollably. However, each person has their own unique handorgasms. No two are alike.
