Gymbling

Going to the gym just for something to do. A very easy session where you hardly break a sweat.

Tony: you've been to the gym 5 times this week already. You should take a rest day.
Phil: nah it's fine. I've just been gymbling

Gymble

A light hearted, though feel good, gym session involving a bumble around some machines or equipment.

I'm a bit hungover, will just go for a gymble, steam and sauna - see you later!
