One who loves living in the ghetto. One who sits on the front portch, front lawn, sidewalk or gutter of the ghetto all day long. One who sits in a car, in the middle of the street and plays loud rap music at 1:00am in a broke down '81 impala from a 5,000 dollar sound system. One who thinks Jerry Springer is filming on their street 24/7. Or 9 out of 10 black men.
