Over-the-top acrylic nails. Can be:
-Obnoxious color
-Typically some form of french manicure
-Really long and/or thick
-Weird patterns
Usually only seen on ghetto/low-class folk. They're like a status symbol for them.

Dang, Stacy, look at that trick and her massive ghetto caps. Talk about tacky.
