An adverb applied to dishonesty, heightened to a point of baroque excess that the lie is on the verge of, but not past where it becomes obvious self-parody.

In Dr Craig's selective quoting of Darwin, the reversal of originally intended meaning was so complete, and so perverse, it was almost futrelian. We nearly admired him for taking the art of lying to a point of previously unimagined excess.
