a new trend in Wales where expert tylists mix different textures and colors to either make a masterpiece of a defineable subject, or an abstract work ranging from colorful bathroom floors texture filled pool walls. Freetyling has become increasingly popular in the 21st century, where in past ages, it was considered a forbidden pastime. It is somewhat of a taboo among the population of Wales.

To make up as you go along. This can be applied to rappers. It is also used to call someone out who is either lying to you, or making something up that sounds good as they go along--as in that motherf*ckas freestylin!
