The fraternal occupation; the skill acquired through experience within a fraternity, usually scholastic, philanthropic, or social. Fratcraft is to a fraternity what tradecraft is to a particular trade.
Alpha Tau Omega's fratcraft revolves around leadership development, whereas Sigma Nu's fratcraft appears to be more about drinking games and seeing how many women they can take home.
