Fopiniact is unique in that it refers to the human error of stating opinion as fact without any regard to it's accuracy as such, or giving validation to the existence of others who would have different views. Fopiniacts are often stated when a personal agenda is being challenged or presented.
"Dogs are better to have as pets than cats." is a fopiniact.
"I think dogs are better to have as pets than cats" is an opinion.
"Dogs are not cats." is a fact
"I think dogs are better to have as pets than cats" is an opinion.
"Dogs are not cats." is a fact
