In less modern Asian homes, the toilets are unable to flush toilet paper, so they cannot use toilet paper. That is when the fingerbucket comes in. The fingerbucket is a bucket located in the bathroom, that is filled with water. After the person shits, they dip their finger into the fingerbucket, and use it to clean their assholes. Its a really gross process, and no one really likes doing it. Except maybe gay people.
American: "Hey, wheres the toilet paper?"
Asian: "We don't use toilet paper, use the fingerbucket."
American: "Oh fuck."
