femskirting 

When a woman responds to man in a debate or discussion, but instead of dealing with the man's argument directly she avoids or skirts around the issue by incorrectly claiming that he is 'mansplaining' (thus nullifying the man's perspective and shutting down the discussion).

Femskirting can be used as a pejorative, much like mansplaining.

Woman: There you go again, mansplaining!
Man: You're femskirting. Please address the issue.

Man: Taxes aren't that high in our country.
Woman: Mansplainer!
Man: My comment has nothing to do with biological sex and/or gender. Stop femskirting the issue.
