fat lung 

A condition usually referring to laziness or a reluctance to do physical activity or even eating a lot of food. The only known cure to fat lung is jogging, maybe swimming.

"Hey Joe you want to go to the gym?" "No I got fat lung."
"That's your 3rd double bacon cheeseburger." "Yeah I got fat lung."
