Exploitsourcing is a sub-set of outsourcing work in which the person or company doing the oursourcing seeks out the lowest possible bid from those who will do the work, often much lower than the industry average or in the guise of a contest, in exchange for money prizes, or more frequently: "growing a portfolio" or "exposure".
