Someone who is only attractive online. (i.e. MySpace, Friendster, etc.). These people take pictures in which they appear far more attractive than they really are.

Thanks to digital media and knowing your "good side" you too may be one of the pretty people, or "etractive," since you'd only be as handsome as your posted pics.
"I always take 3/4 view photos because I'm etractive. Otherwise, people would see that I have this rancid, oozing scar on the other side of my face."
