ecohoarder

When a person can't throw anything away for fear of hurting the planet or adding to pollution. This person's house is usually filthy and an enviromental health hazard.
Jamie is turning into an ecohoarder! When I went over to her house last week, there wasn't a place for me to sit down. She had plastic wrappers, styrofoam cups, and old bread wrappers everywhere. I offered to help her take some things to the recycling center, but she kept talking about styrofoam and bread wrappers not being green. I'm a little worried about her.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.

Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
