The same as the word Dread, only meaning even more dread.
As in the maximum something can be when it is very bad.

Micheal: Hey, I can't come tonight
Sue: zomg Y???
Micheal:My mum just changed her mind
Sue:Dreadout
Micheal: I know :'(
