A double talker is one who duplicates certain words of a sentence usually to emphasize some importance when actually it just makes them sound like a broken record.
Jessica: Mary do you want to get something to eat?

Mary: I could go for a bite, what about you?

Jessica: Ehh, maybe so, Im not hungry hungry but I could grab a sandwich.

Jane: You're such a double talker.
