dirtbaguette 

The female version of a dirtbag. A dirtbaguette, unlike typical women refuses to shower even after realising that dandruff is accumulating on her hair. A dirtbaguette bathes only occasionally, and common traits of a typical dirtbaguette are coarse hair, untrimmed greasy fingernails and most obviously, a face which is rarely exfoliated or made-up. A dirtbaguette, despite the horrendous first impression, are usually comical and friendly. The things to look out for, though, are bad breath and extremely oily skin.

"Dude, get this dirtbaguette off me, she's stifling me with her super-stink!"

"Have you heard, that dirtbaguette was seen going out with Robert Pattinson!"
