dickfuld: 1. v. to pass the blame on someone else for one's own failings. 2. n. someone who blames his failures on other people or events, much like Dick Fuld of Lehman Brothers blaming the government for letting Lehman Brothers fail even though he was the moron who transformed Lehman into an excessively risky bank to begin with.
