This word should be used when you have "passed wind" and would like others to know, without them actually knowing. "Detraf" is really "farted" spelled backwards/

Its used as a word to express being shocked at information.

"I just ate 2 boxes of sushi along with a bag of gummy nerds and my stomach hurts."

"HE CALLED ME CHUBBY AND SAID THAT MY STOMACH LOOKS LIKE A PACK OF HAWAIIAN ROLLS"

Noun, for someone who is detransitioning, ie halting or undoing gender transition. A detransitioner might or might not continue to identify as a member of the trans "umbrella".
