For someone to be “woozie” off of their own daydreams, fantasy or reality.

Used in a negative sense to say someone basically thinks they’re the center of the universe or the boss when they’re just annoying everyone.

Synonyms: cocky, high/drunk off their tits, crazy, obnoxious

Mike: When Sarah was one of the captains of dodgeball, she was bossing everyone around like she owned the place

Dave: Was she doing anything bad?

Mike: No she was just being dawoozie I guess.
