Cybershenanigans is a computer term for non-coders that can be used in any sentence involving nation state cyber warfare, particularly nation states with 15 or more intelligence gathering agencies.

Donald Trump hasn't said which intelligence agencies participated in the cybershenanigans that made it look like a Trump Tower server was communicating with Russian banks, but Steve Bannon says whoever did is going to prison.
