counter-strike: source, far inferior to the original 1.6 version, but fun for rich kids who have loads of money, and also a leading reason why CAL is undergoing much internal turmoil given the recent league changes

Install CS:S

Word used in the Garry's Mod community (sandbox game). Some custom maps made from players require players to install the game Counter-Strike : Source in order to have the materials and props included in the map. This is because Garry's Mod has a feature that allows you to spawn assets from (some of the) other games that also use the source engine (the same engine Garry's mod uses), so some players create maps that use these assets for players who also has the game required for the map. But this word is now not used since the July 2025 update that made the game include contents from Counter-Strike : Source and Half-Life 2 episodes by default.
