The formation in which you conjungle is to create an X and put them around the middle (between the testes) of your ballsack, and the third zip tie goes around the top above the testes. You then proceed to tighten the zip ties as hard as you can until they're out of zip, a testicle pops out, or your scrotum hits the floor.
