To honk the nose of a clown infected in l4d2 10 times. In the german version, it says to kill 10 of them, but you really have to honk their nose by punching them in the nose. A variation of the l4d achievement cr0wnd.

Used to describe somebody who engages in clown-like behaviour for nefarious purposes.

One may be seen as clowndubious if they slip people with banana peels to then pickpocket them.
