Chunky giblets are the chunky large blood clots that come out when a woman is having her period. Not just the bleeding part but when a woman actually passes a large blood clot or piece of uterine lining.
Meagan woke up to find that she had bled through her pad, tampon and all over the bed because of all the chunky giblets in her period.
