A long, non aggressive / chilled out movie that you can fall asleep half way through and wake up near the end and still know what's going on. Normally the sort of movie watched on a Sunday and or with a hangover. Also the act of watching a long chilled out movie.

Chillover

The next day after smoking marijuana the previous night, one tends to feel very chill and lazy about everything. A dumbover is the next step up, but sometimes you don't get a dumbover, just a chillover. If you have a dumbover, you usually have a chillover. If you have a chillover, you don't always have a dumbover.

-"I only smoked a bowl or two last night before bed, so I have a chillover today haha."

-"I didn't go to class today because I had a chillover, so I just played FarmVille instead."

The period of time at any given night between chillin' and snoozin'. Generally consists of sitting on a couch falling asleep to the tv.

A view which is chilly.

Afghanistani Rock Band in the 70's which eventually joined the Taliban in the 90's due to lack of funding and hate from the American audience.
Their lead singer, Yasser Arafat had disputes over who was gonna be the face of the band. Unfortunately, Arafat lost and Bin Laden took over and was the face of the band. None of the members of this band are still alive today.
