Chicken on the menu

Lesbian. Euphemism to denote a lesbian while in tasteful company so as not to cause offence.
Derived in conjunction with (and opposition to) pork sword
i.e. She may choose pork once in a while, but would always prefer chicken on the menu.

Dave, "she's hot!"
Rob, "forget it, chicken on the menu."
