A girl who's parents want to name her after a celebrity, but also want to make it original by adding a fun suffix. They name their child "Cher" in the hopes that she will one day become a gay icon (or gay) and the "ah" at the end is intended to make people either question this, realize this was the case all along, or run away in terror.
