Noun-Someone who is annoying and does it on purpose.
Verb- Buttponcholike. The act of being a buttponcho.

Boy- Jeez why can't I sleep with your sister? She is hotter than you. It is okay you can still cook me dinner after.

Girl- OMFG you are such a buttponcho!
