Buggy Roundup

Shopping cart/ buggy corral in the parking lot, where shopping carts are stored for future use

I hate when people don't put the buggies in the buggy roundup. Can you get a buggy from the buggy roundup? Weeeeeeee (as I ride the buggy on the way to the buggy roundup)!
