bobsclamation
An exclamation point with an open dot left around via notes in a workplace by an angry boss, often "means business" and should not betaken lightly. Often used after a grammatically incorrect rant on a piece of receipt paper.
An employee at a retaurant leaves rags out then finds a note on his/her next shift saying "These rags in bucket!" with an oversized, open dot, exclamation point or, Bobsclamation, following
