<blurb-ee-ij>: a small piece of technical or business writing (often part of a work or school assignment) that could have been written far more succinctly, but that has been drawn out in order to create an exaggerated sense of significance or complexity.
The definition given above is, itself, an example of blurbiage. It could have been defined simply as "a mash up of blurb and verbiage", but that wouldn't have made the author look nearly as sophisticated.
