bloogey 

When a woman (or a gay man) is always trying to keep up with his/her appearance. She is classy (or thinks she is) and feels a little better than everyone else because of her attention to detail, name brands, where she stays, etc.

Similar to ghetto fabulous but this person doesent have to live in (or ever been to) the ghetto.

Example:
David: Yo dawg, I might holla at Tiff ova ther... shes lookin good.
Judge Greg Mathis: Man you cant holla at her... she bloogey and yo broke azz cant afford that.
David: Yeah you right dawg... I be broke as a mug. Snap, I shoulda gone to college and made somethin of myself.

A person assigned to assassinate someone.
He's the best at his job and works covert. Highly skilled and trained with weaponry and a killing machine.

Example:

Agent: We need to set up a boogeyman to take him out.
Other guy: Yeah only he can do it now

A far more fearsome version of the original boogeyman, one so fierce even the original boogeyman himself fears this one. The anal-virginity boogeyman comes in the night to rob anal virginity from those who possess it.
