Blecch is a way of conveying that something is gross or disgusting. People use this word for things that taste icky or look or smell gross, etc. The cs and hs at the end of the world emphasize that it's pronounced guttural at the back of the throat. For more dramatic effect, it can be written BLEACCCHHH!

a phase that Taylor Swift went through back in 2016 where she bleached her blonde hair. it was a temporary look that Taylor herself now looks back on and cringes at, as she reveals in the April 2019 Elle US magazine.

Looking or experiencing something nice after witnessing something horrid like a disgusting gif or a disturbing video. Typically used as eye bleach are nice images of whatever makes the disturbed person happy.

"Bleach my eyes! Why is that woman's face ripped off!?"

"That's good eye bleach."
