The marquee of a recently retired barber wherein a new female stylist has taken up work. Only having been trained in certain areas of the craft, all men young and old walk out of the establishment resembling Justin Bieber.
Willy: "Hey Jack! I noticed your new hairstyle, where'd you get that fresh mop?"
