Extremely loud big mouthed idiot that hangs around bowling alleys spouting and screaming how good he is when in fact he can't bowl for shit. People just put up with him because he was rejected by "The Special Olympics" and they feel sorry for him. A total tool, a complete idiot that can't shut up.
