Belgian Drum

A Belgian drum is the act that is usually performed after anal sex. The female will lie on her stomach whilst receiving sex up the anal cavity. Just before ejaculating the male will pull out his penis and in a musical manner furiously tap it against the female's bare butt cheaks, sounding like a drum.
